Tasting Notes: Extended hang time in the foggy "El Diablo" vineyard develops the true character of this cool climate sauvignon blanc. Co-fermenting with Semillon brings out the tropical fruit flavors of pineapple, peaches and nectarine. A perfect balance of acidity and fruit.

Tasting Notes: A blend of three clones delivers near perfection in the glass. The Wente clone brings intense and concentrated aromas of apple, wet limestone and apricot. Clean and crisp flavors of red apple and pineapple with a nice acidity for body and finish. The Robert Young clone brings a lower acidity rich in peach aromas and lighter texture. The Montrachet clone offers a hint of Muscat and delivers aromas of guava, kiwi and jasmine and pronounced flavors of pineapple, green apple and nectarine.

Tasting Notes: This hillside parcel of Zinfandel above the cave is pressed fresh off the vine and the skins are allowed to remain in contact with the juice to preserve the delicate aromas of persimmon, apple, pears and strawberries. Tasting Notes: This vineyard was planted with Viognier clones specifically isolated from Northern France. The fermentation and aging in cement pyramids develops the pineapple and apricot aromatics. The stainless steel component lends a very floral aromatic background while the French Oak portion is instrumental in creating soft flavors of vanilla and cream.

Tasting Notes: "Tiny Pink Bubbles" A Rosé of Pinot Noir. The grapes are harvested from Cleary Ranch Vineyard in Freestone, one of the cooler regions of the Russian River Valley. The effervescence is completed in the bottle in the traditional Méthode Champenoise. This process creates smaller bubbles that concentrate the flavors of strawberry and plum and refine the finish and overall balance of the wine.

The age of these vines produce small clusters and small berries, dry farmed and picked at perfection after a long growing season. Our olives are harvested by hand in early December each year and pressed the same day under the weight of a four-ton granite frantoio.
