Tasting Notes: Aged in 50% cement pyramid, 25% neutral French Oak, and 25% new French Oak. A warm year resulted in early picking. The heat allowed for very ripe fruit, which Viognier enjoys, especially when aged in different medias. This has complex aromatics with great tropical flavors.
