Tasting Notes: This vineyard was planted with Viognier clones specifically isolated from Northern France. The fermentation and aging in cement pyramids develops the pineapple and apricot aromatics. The stainless steel component lends a very floral aromatic background while the French Oak portion is instrumental in creating soft flavors of vanilla and cream.

Tasting Notes: The vineyard isn't pretty but the wine it makes is beautiful! The age of these vines produce small clusters and small berries, dry farmed and picked at perfection after a long growing season. Producing a small yield of fruit from the vines allows for maximum maturity, developing the “noble rot” Botrytis. "Glorious” is dedicated in loving memory to my mom, Gloria.
