We personally invite you to join us in celebrating the handcrafted wine, the beauty and uniqueness of Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma County, California and to disconnect for a while in good company. Welcome to Simoncini Vineyards. We are a small, family owned winery established in 2002. Our family roots in Sonoma County date back to 1907 when our nonno Tony came to America from Genoa, Italy and settled here with his two brothers, Carlo and Freddy, where they farmed peaches, prunes and wine grapes.
The next generation planted the first estate vineyards in the rich red soil on the rolling hillsides of Dry Creek Valley. The vineyards were planted with St. George rootstock and field grafted with 100 year old St. Peter’s Church bud wood. Our Estate Zinfandel is hand farmed, hand-picked, whole berry fermented, made with only free run juice and aged in new French Oak barrels. Our proprietary blends “Serio Rosso” and “Serio Bianco” showcase the true talent of artisan winemaking.
This commitment to producing the highest quality wine requires the highest quality fruit. The vineyards from which we select grapes are hand farmed and hand-picked. We source our Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel grapes from vineyards in Dry Creek Valley, Russian River Valley, Alexander Valley and Rockpile.
Simoncini Vineyards is a destination winery built solely by local artisans with vision, passion and attention to detail. Our limited production wines are available only to our wine club members and direct from the winery.
If you would like to visit us for a food and wine pairing, “Cicheti”, join our wine club family, purchase our wines, plan a private party at the winery or in the cave, please call us for an appointment.
We are open for tastings by invitation and appointment Thursday through Sunday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Additional days and times are available to accommodate groups of 6 or more. Enjoy tasting wine in the cave amongst the barrels, in the picnic area by the winter creek or at our intimate tasting room bar.Salute per tutti!
